Crimean grape

Evpatoria classic winery uses Crimean grape that is grown in a unique ecological zone of Crimean steppe. The territory of this zone is on the same parallel with famous winemaking regions of France and Italy, and specific climate of Evpatoria steppe along with the proximity to sea create exceptional conditions for vine cultivation. Each year the company is supplied with grape crops of a consistently high quality. This became possible thanks to the cooperation with vineyards that utilize modern technologies of trickle irrigation.
